Habits are now even more flexible! You can now simply say that you want to make a Habit happen X times per week across multiple days, and we’ll automatically find the best times to fit it into your calendar on the days you want. Here are some examples of what you can now do with Habits:

  • Exercise for 30m-55m, 3x/week, Monday - Saturday

  • Read a book for 1h - 2h, 2x/week, Thursday - Sunday

  • Write your weekly status report for 2h, 1x/week, Thursday - Friday

  • Scrub the engineering backlog for 1h, 2x/week, Monday - Friday
