Always Busy / Always Free Time Defense for Habits

You can now set Habits to be either Always Free or Always Busy. Reclaim automatically flexes your Habits between free and busy time based on your availability, but these two new settings enable you to set your Habits as free or busy all the time, in cases where you either don't want Reclaim to block your availability at all (or in cases where you totally do).
