Auto-reopen or auto-close Tasks that are done scheduling
We’re excited to share a highly requested update around settings for your tasks that are done scheduling!
Users can now tell Reclaim to automatically reopen or close tasks, after a fixed time in the ‘Done scheduling’ state.
You can manage these settings in Settings > General > Default Task settings.
Here are the new settings for tasks that are done scheduling:
Add it back to my calendar for me until I mark it done
Reclaim will reopen tasks after your set amount of days in ‘Done scheduling’ state, and automatically reschedule the original task time back onto your calendar.
For example: if a 3hr task is done scheduling, but you don’t mark it as done in your set wait duration – Reclaim will automatically reopen the task and block a new 3hrs for the event back onto your calendar.
Mark it done for me
Reclaim will close tasks after your set amount of days in ‘Done scheduling’ state, and automatically mark them as done.
Nothing
You can manually add time to a task that is done scheduling so that it gets back on the calendar, or manually mark it as done. If you do not, the task remains in the ‘Done scheduling’ state.
If you select an automated setting – specify how many days you want Reclaim to wait before completing the action after tasks are done scheduling.
*Note: Automated settings will apply to both existing and future tasks that are in the ‘Done Scheduling’ state.
