New cooldown settings to pace large Tasks
An exciting update for Tasks users! You can now control the pacing of your work sessions on large Tasks with new 'cooldown' settings.
By default, Reclaim tries to schedule as many task sessions as possible in your workday. When you split up larger Tasks into smaller sessions, you might work on the same Task several times in one day.
With the new cooldown settings, you can space out your work sessions based on your preferred pacing. Choose from six options:
30 minutes – Take short breaks between sessions but stay focused on high-priority tasks.
1 hour – Spread tasks throughout your day while keeping priorities in check.
2 or 4 hours – Keep deep work focused with one or two sessions per day.
Once per day – Prioritize variety by scheduling only one work session per task each day.
You can manage your cooldown settings in Settings > Tasks. We can't wait to hear what you think!
