'Preferred organizers' for Round Robin Scheduling Links

We’ve added a powerful new setting to Scheduling Links: you can now set 'preferred organizers' on your Round Robin links to prioritize specific team members for calls first.

Previously, Round Robin links intelligently scheduled meetings with whoever was available first among all available hosts. But sometimes, you might want specific team members to take the meeting by default — with others as backup.

With preferred organizer settings, you can now designate one organizer to be prioritized first during booking. Reclaim still considers everyone’s availability, but when preferred organizers are free, they’ll always be selected first.

Just click the crown icon next to the person you want to set as a preferred organizer in your Round Robin link settings. Easy as that.

A few ways teams are using preferred organizer settings:

• Sales teams prioritize account owners first, while still offering round robin backup with the rest of the team if they're unavailable.

• Customer success teams route meetings to primary CSMs before handing off to teammates.

• Support teams give junior team members first pass on support calls, escalating to leads as necessary.
