Starting a Task Now no longer moves it to Up Next

Tasks that are started manually using the "Start Task Now" action are no longer moved to Up Next automatically. Time for the Task is still reserved as before.

Previously, if you started a Task manually using the "Start Task Now" action the Task would be moved to the top of Up Next in addition to reserving time for the Task. This approach worked well for short-duration Tasks but led to a poor experience with long-duration Tasks.
