Travel Timezone Settings

Whether you're traveling for business or just shifting time zones for a while, Reclaim now supports travel timezone settings so your scheduling stays accurate — wherever work (or life) takes you.

How it works

By default, Reclaim uses your browser’s timezone to schedule events and offer availability. But if you're traveling temporarily, you can now:

• Set a travel timezone for specific date ranges

• Automatically adjust your schedule and availability to match your travel location

• Return to your home timezone automatically once your trip ends

This ensures that your Habits, Tasks, Smart Meetings, and Scheduling Links reflect your availability in the right time — without needing to manually reschedule anything.

Planning multiple trips? You can add multiple travel timezones in advance.

Set your timezones in a few clicks

1. Go to Settings > Hours

2. Set or update your Home timezone

3. Under Travel timezones, choose your destination, start date, and end date

4. Reclaim will schedule and offer meeting availability in your travel timezone for the duration of your trip

5. You'll automatically revert to your home timezone when your trip ends — or Reclaim will prompt you to switch back early if you're home ahead of schedule
