Auto-Locking for Reclaim Events

We're planning to make an improvement to how Reclaim responds to manual adjustments on Reclaim events (e.g., Tasks, Habits, Smart 1:1s) and how Reclaim solidifies your schedule ahead of time.

This change will make it so that when you move a Reclaim-managed event on your calendar, it will "lock" -- meaning it will be marked as busy and not move anymore. We will also introduce a concept of locking your entire schedule ahead of time (e.g., 24h ahead of events starting) so that you have more predictability around near-term events.
